THE TRUST IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT WITHIN THE AREA ACROSS ENGLAND & WALES, WITH THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS: A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF ALL BABIES & TODDLERS, CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE AND DISADVANTAGED & DISABLED ADULTS PRIMARILY BY THE PROVISION OF COURSES, INFORMATION, TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES, CAPACITY BUILDING AND GRANT GIVING. B) TO RELIEVE PERSONS, GROUPS AND ORGANISATIONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF POVERTY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS PRIMARILY BY NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS.
