B) TO RELIEVE PERSONS, GROUPS AND ORGANISATIONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF POVERTY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS PRIMARILY BY NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS.
