THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG SUCH ANIMALS 3. THE RELIEF OF PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY HANDICAPPED OR DISABLED PERSONAS BY THE PROVISION, AS REMEDIAL, RECREATIONAL OR THERAPEUTIC ACTIVITY, OF FACILITIES FOR HORSE AND PONY RIDING
