Charitable objects
1. TO RELIEVE UNEMPLOYMENT WITHIN THE ABOVE COMMUNITY AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FUND EMPLOYMENT. 2. TO PROMOTE THE BENEFITS OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF LAMBETH (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) AND IN PARTICULAR WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, REFUGEES FROM ETHIOPIA LIVING IN THE COMMUNITY, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID PEOPLE AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH, TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID COMMUNITY.
