Charitable objects
TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE AREA COVERED BY GENAU'R GLYN COMMUNITY COUNCIL AND THE SURROUNDING ENVIRONS (THE 'AREA OF BENEFIT') AS THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: 1. ADVANCING THEIR EDUCATION IN PARTICULAR IN THE HISTORICAL, CULTURAL AND NATURAL HERITAGES IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT; 2. PRESERVING, PROTECTING AND CONSERVING THE ENVIRONMENT (IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT) IN PARTICULAR BUILDINGS OR SITES OF HISTORIC, CULTURAL, NATURAL OR ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE (INCLUDING RESTORING AND MAINTAINING ANCIENT GRAVEYARDS, HISTORIC BUILDINGS AND IMPORTANT WILDLIFE COMMUNITIES); AND 3. DEVELOPING AND PURSUING COMMUNITY APPROACHES TO EDUCATIONAL, REMEDIAL, SPIRITUAL AND RECREATIONAL AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE OR THOSE WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, AND IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES/AMENITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES.
