TO FURTHER THE RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHELTENHAM HEBREW CONGREGATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES AND PRINCIPLES OF JUDAISM BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT AND TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE AND TO MAINTAIN THE SYNAGOGUE AND BURIAL GROUND(S) TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY.
