THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES FOR SOMALI PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
