TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND CHARACTER TRAINING, PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL, FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS OVER THE AGE OF 8 WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE TENDRING/COLCHESTER AREA IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR RIDING AND THE TEACHING OF HORSEMANSHIP.
