Charitable objects

TO PROMOTE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, THE REHABILITATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF TEN AND EIGHTEEN YEARS INCLUSIVELY (UP TO TWENTY FIVE YEARS OF AGE FOR THOSE PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS) WHO HAVE BEEN DEALT WITH BY THE YOUTH COURT, POLICE, YOUTH OFFENDING SERVICE AND OTHER SUCH AGENCIES AND WHO HAVE OFFENDED OR ARE AT RISK OF OFFENDING OR HAVE DISPLAYED ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR, IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF HEALTHY, CONSTRUCTIVE AND SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE ACTIVITIES AND WHICH WILL ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY
