TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF DISABLED PEOPLE RESIDENT IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES. IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORTIVE ACTIVITIES TO ENABLE SUCH PEOPLE TO ACCESS AND MANAGE LOCAL AUTHORITY DIRECT PAYMENTS, PERSONAL ASSISTANCE AND OTHER SCHEMES DESIGNED TO ENABLE THEM TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY.
