Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AT ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE PURPOSES (“THE OBJECTS”) WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT:-
THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS THROUGH THE MAINTENANCE, ENHANCEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED FOR THE BENEFIT OF PATIENTS ATTENDING AT, OR REGISTERED WITH, THE ORCHARD PARTNERSHIP, WILTSHIRE, OR;
SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
IN THIS CLAUSE THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL MEAN THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE AND ANY OTHER AREA IN WHICH THE ORCHARD PARTNERSHIP OPERATES.
