Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE: 3.1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY: 3.1.1. THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING SERVICES FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF YEMENI ORIGIN; 3.1.2. IN THE UNIQUE CULTURAL HERITAGE OF THE COMMUNITIES SERVED BY THE COMPANY; AND 3.1.3. BY ENABLING THOSE WHO WERE NOT BORN IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR WHOSE PARENTS WERE NOT BORN IN THE UNITED KINGDOM TO TAKE A FULLER PART IN BRITISH SOCIETY; 3.2. TO RELIEVE POVERTY BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND FINANCIAL AND OTHER ASSISTANCE TO THOSE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS; 3.3. TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME PURSUITS OF THOSE IN NEED OF THOSE FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR AGE YOUTH INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES; AND 3.4. SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF YEMENI ORIGIN, AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
