Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO PROVIDE AND PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR PLAY, RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY RECYCLING AND REUSING OF WASTE MATERIALS FOR PLAY AND CREATIVE PURPOSES, FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN SOUTH GLAMORGAN AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS,( HEREINAFTER KNOWN AS THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE BY PROMOTING THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL-BEING.
