THE RELIEF OF THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED OF CRANBOURNE CHASE IN DORSET AND WEST WILTSHIRE BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, ADVICE AND FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, INFIRMITY, SICKNESS OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
