TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 13 TO 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN WOOLER AND THE SURROUNDING AREA OF GLENDALE IN THE DISTRICTS OF ALNWICK AND BERWICK-UPON-TWEED, NORTHUMBERLAND, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF AGE, SEX OR POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS OPINION; BY THE PROVISION OF LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
