To advance the Buddhist religion according to all the Schools of Buddhism and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the Rime (non-sectarian) tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. To deliver secular mindfulness training with altruistic aims directed towards sharing the benefits of mindfulness with all of those who are interested.
