TO RELIEVE THE NEED OF PERSONS WITHIN THE BROADCAST AREA OF THE INDEPENDENT RADIO STATIONS VIKING FM AND MAGIC 1161, WHICH COVERS THE COUNTIES OF EAST YORKSHIRE AND NORTHERN LINCOLNSHIRE, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE RELIEF OF NEED OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE SICK, DISABLED OR IN NEED OF SPECIAL HELP, BY MAKING GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS / ORGANISATIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.
