THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME THEREOF UPON TRUST DURING THE TRUST PERIOD TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF ELDERLY PEOPLE IN A MANNER DEEMED BY LAW TO BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF ELMBRIDGE AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SEE FIT.
