TO ADVANCE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE IN THE ELECTORAL WARDS OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CAMDEN IDENTIFIED AS KILBURN, SWISS COTTAGE, WEST HAMPSTEAD, FORTUNE GREEN, PRIORY, FITZJOHNS, BELSIZE, WEST END, ADELAIDE, (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) BY THE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO CHARITIES OPERATING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT TO PROMOTE THE MORE EFFECTIVE AND MORE EFFICIENT ACHIEVEMENT OF THE OBJECTS OF THOSE CHARITIES.
