(2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 IN BERKSHIRE AND BUCKINGHAMSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION, OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION, OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION.
