Charitable objects
(A) IN FURTHERING THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT; AND
(B) IN RELIEVING EMPLOYEES AND FORMER EMPLOYEES OF CANTOR FITZGERALD INTERNATIONAL (INCLUDING ITS SUBSIDIARY AND ASSOCIATED ENTITIES WORLDWIDE) AND THEIR DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
