TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF RESIDENTS IN SPARSELY SETTLED AREAS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA, ITS DEPENDENCIES AND MANDATED TERRITORIES BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES AND SERVICES TO ENABLE THE ROYAL FLYING DOCTOR SERVICE OF AUSTRALIA (SOUTH EASTERN SECTION) TO FULFIL SUCH OF ITS OBJECTS AS ARE CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
