THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) ARE TO PROMOTE KINDNESS AND PREVENT OR SUPPRESS CRUELTY TO ANIMALS AND TO DO ALL SUCH LAWFUL ACTS AS THE CHARITY MAY CONSIDER TO BE CONDUCIVE OR INCIDENTAL TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THOSE OBJECTS, TO FURTHER THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION ON THE ISSUES OF CRUELTY AND NEGLECT TO ANIMALS AND ANIMAL BEHAVIOUR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND TO RAISE FUNDS FOR OTHER CHARITIES WITH SIMILAR OBJECTS TO BE APPLIED IN THE MANNER AND TO THE EXTENT THE TRUSTEES OF THE CHARITY DIRECT.
