TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS BY PROVIDING CARE, REHABILITATION AND TRAINING FOR ANIMALS AND EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN RELATION TO ANIMAL WELFARE AND BEHAVIOUR.
