Charitable objects
THE TRUST'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE TO: I) RELIEVE UNEMPLOYMENT BY THE PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL AND SKILLS TRAINING, ADVICE AND SUPPORT. II) ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING SO AS TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND ASSIST WITH THE ADAPTATION WITHIN A NEW COMMUNITY. III) ADVANCE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL ABOUT THE ISSUES RELATING TO REFUGEES AND THOSE SEEKING ASYLUM BY UNDERTAKING RESEARCH AND PUBLICLY DISSEMINATING THE RESULTS. IV) PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES. V) PRESERVE AND PROTECT PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH. AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FOR THE BENEFIT OF ETHNIC MINORITY PEOPLE, MAINLY REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS IN DEPRIVED COMMUNITIES OF THE UK AND COTE D'IVOIRE.
