The relief of patients in the Gondar area of Ethiopia suffering from eye disease and blindness by the teaching of those involved in the prevention and cure of eye disease, the provision of text books and teaching aids for their use, the provision of scholarship funds for the fifnancical relief of suitable students, and the provision of equipment and consumables for the cure of blindness.
