THE SCHOOL PREMISES OF THE FOUNDATION SHALL BE USED BY THE TRUSTEES, SO FAR AS IS PRACTICABLE, FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS OR CHILDREN ONLY OF THE LABOURING, MANUFACTURING, AND OTHER POORER CLASSES IN THE SAID PARISH:- A) CLASSES FOR RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND. B) EVENING OR OTHER CLASSES FOR INSTRUCTION IN SECULAR SUBJECTS, OR LECTURES OF AN EDUCATIONAL CHARACTER. C) PHYSICAL INSTRUCTION BY MEANS OF A GYMNASIUM OR OTHERWISE. D) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY MEANS OF A LIBRARY OR READING ROOM (WITH REGARD AMONG OTHER THINGS TO THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS PURSUING THEIR EDUCATION) AND THE PROVISION OF SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING IN THE DAY OR EVENING.
