Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE THE PROMOTION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF URBAN OR RURAL REGENERATION IN ALL AREAS OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEPRIVATION AND IN PARTICULAR THE DENE VALLEY BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS: I) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY; II) THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT; III) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, TRAINING OR RETRAINING PARTICULARLY AMONG UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE, AND PROVIDING UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE WITH WORK EXPERIENCE; IV) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE OR THOSE WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, HAVE A NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES; V) THE PROTECTION OR CONSERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT; VI) THE PROMOTION F PUBLIC SAFETY AND CRIME PREVENTION VII) SUCH OTHER AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED SUCH PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS FOR ENGLAND AND WALES.
