TO PROMOTE SUCH PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SOUTH WEST REGION OF ENGLAND BY: I) PROVIDING A CHANNEL OF INFORMATION FOR VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS AND LOCAL AND CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN THE REGION II) PROVIDING A NETWORK OF COMMUNICATION FOR VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS AND AGENCIES IN THE REGION III) IDENTIFYING THE FUNDING AND POLICY NEEDS OF VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS IN THE REGION.
