1. TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AMONGST THE INDIGENOUS YOUTH (HEREAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE BENEFICIARY) OF CHIAPAS, MEXICO, DURING OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS. 2. TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF THE BENEFICIARIES.
