TO SET UP AND MAINTAIN RESPONSIBILITY FOR A CENTRE SITED INITIALLY WITHIN THE BARTS AND LONDON NHS TRUST AREA HEALTH AUTHORITY, OR SUCH OTHER LOCATION AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE FOR RESEARCH INTO STEM CELL AND LIKE THERAPIES (PROVIDED THAT THE USEFUL RESULTS SHALL BE DISSEMINATED) AND THE RELIEF FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF ILLNESS AND SUFFERING BY MEANS OF CELL THERAPY AND LIKE THERAPIES.IME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
