Charitable objects
1. TO PROMOTE RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT (AND THE PUBLICATION OF THE RESULTS THEREOF) AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ON THE PUBLIC POLICY ISSUES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FOREIGN AFFAIRS, INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC HEALTH, HUMAN RIGHTS AND SUCH OTHER FIELDS OF PUBLIC IMPORTANCE AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT; AND 2. THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH; AND 3. TO PROMOTE INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS AND CULTIVATING A SENTIMENT IN FAVOUR OF INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS BY DISSEMINATING EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS MEMORANDUM 'INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS' SHALL MEAN RIGHTS ARISING UNDER OR BY VIRTUE OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS ACT 1998 AND OTHER RIGHTS SECURED BY INTERNATIONAL LAW.
