Charitable objects

(I) TO PROMOTE HIGH STANDARDS OF PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE IN OR AFFECTING THE AREA OF BENEFIT (SKEGNESS AND DISTRICT). (II) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN GEOGRAPHY, HISTORY, NATURAL HISTORY AND ARCHITECTURE OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT (SKEGNESS AND DISTRICT). (III) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT (SKEGNESS AND DISTRICT). (IV) TO DO ALL SUCH THINGS AS WILL FURTHER THE ATTAINMENT OF THESE OBJECTS SUBJECT TO THE PROVISO THAT NOTHING WILL BE DONE WHICH WILL OR MAY PREVENT THE OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY BEING DEEMED TO BE CHARITABLE.
