THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND IN PARTICULAR BY SUPPORTING AND FUNDING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANISATIONS KNOWN AS CHARITY ACADEMIES OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANISATION ESTABLISHED TO TAKE OVER OR SUPPORT FAILING SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES IN CITY LOCATIONS TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH SUPPORT AND FUNDING IS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE TO SUPPORT OR PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE TO DO ANY AND ALL ACTS AND THINGS WHICH MAY BE NECESSARY USEFUL SUITABLE AND PROPER FOR THE FURTHERANCE ACCOMPLISHMENT OR ATTAINMENT OF THE OBJECTS.
