A) TO RELIEVE THE NEED OF CANCER SUFFERS BY RAISING FUNDS TO OPEN AND FINANCE THE ONGOING OPERATION OF A CANCER HELP CENTRE TO PROVIDE COMPLEMENTARY THERAPIES, SELF HELP, HEALING AND COUNSELLING FOR CANCER PATIENTS AND THEIR CARERS. B) TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY THE PROVISION OF BURSARIES TO CANCER PATIENTS SO THAT THEY MAY ATTEND A CANCER HELP CENTRE, WHO BY LACK OF FINANCIAL MEANS WOULD NOT NORMALLY BE ABLE TO ATTEND SUCH A CENTRE.
