Charitable objects

A) TO RELIEVE ELDERLY AND INFIRM PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED RESIDING IN ELMTREE PARK IN SEATON CAREW, HARTLEPOOL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BUT WITHIN THE BOUNDS OF THE FORMER CLEVELAND COUNTY, BY ANY CHARITABLE MEANS WHICH THE TRUSTEES DECIDE. B) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY, OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.
