Charitable objects
A) TO PRESERVE, MAINTAIN, RESTORE, RENOVATE, ENHANCE, ENRICH, REGENERATE AND REDEVELOP (AS NECESSARY OR ADVISABLE) THE GARDEN (IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LONG HONOURED GARDENING SPIRIT AND TRADITION OF THE SETTLOR AS EVIDENCED IN ANY LETTER OR MEMORANDUM PREPARED BY HIM AND DELIVERED TO THE TRUSTEES AND IN THE CONSIDERABLE BODY OF HORTICULTURAL LITERATURE PRODUCED AND PUBLISHED BY THE SETTLOR THROUGHOUT HIS WORKING LIFE) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC WHO VISIT AND ENJOY THE PLEASURES OF THE GARDEN AT STATED TIMES DURING EACH YEAR; B) TO PRESERVE, REPAIR, MAINTAIN, RESTORE AND ENHANCE THE HOUSE (IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRESERVATION PRINCIPLES AND POLICIES APPLICABLE THERETO AS AN ENGLISH GRADE I LISTED HERITAGE PROPERTY) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC WHO VISIT AND ENJOY THE PLEASURES OF VARIOUS PARTS OF THE HOUSE AT STATED TIMES DURING EACH YEAR; C) TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE WOODLETS IN A MANNER THAT SERVES THE OBJECTS SET OUT ABOVE FOR THE GARDEN AND THE HOUSE.
