TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROVISION OF A LENDING LIBRARY SERVICE FOR THE BENEFIT OF RESIDENTS OF BOTTISHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN CONJUNCTION WITH BOTTISHAM VILLAGE COLLEGE AND THE CAMBRIDGESHIRE LIBRARY SERVICE.
