TO PROVIDE STRUCTURED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INTERVENTIONS, TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF ADULTS RESIDING IN AND AROUND FAVERSHAM, KENT PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO REQUIRE SPECIAL ATTENTION AS A RESULT OF A MEDICAL CONDITION, SOME OF WHOM, WOULD, WITHOUT OUR SERVICE, NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO UNDERTAKE REGULAR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY/EXERCISE.
