THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND HARDSHIP OF WELSH INTERNATIONAL RUGBY PLAYERS AND FORMER PLAYERS, OR THEIR FAMILIES AND DEPENDANTS AND INCLUDING :
I) THOSE REQUIRING MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR PHYSICAL OR MENTAL ILLNESS OR INJURIES THAT MAY RELATE TO THEIR PLAYING DAYS; OR
II) THOSE WHOSE EARNING CAPACITY HAS BEEN ADVERSELY IMPACTED BY INJURIES OR ILLNESSES RELATED TO THEIR PLAYING DAYS
