Charitable objects
FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE AREA COMPRISING THE CIVIL PARISH OF LYNCHMERE IN THE COUNTY OF WEST SUSSEX, WHICH INCLUDES HAMMER AND PARTS OF CAMELSDALE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOFE AREA OF BENEFIT") BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS: A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY; B) THE PROMOTION OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND PREVENTION OF CRIME; C) THE MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT OR PROVISION OF PUBLIC AMENITIES; D) THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC HEALTH FACILITIES AND PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH; E) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND RETRAINING, PARTICULARLY AMONG UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE, AND PROVIDING UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE WITH WORK EXPERIENCE; F) THE PROTECTION OR CONSERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT G) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE OR THOSE WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES; H) SUCH OTHER MEANS AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED SUBJECT TO THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS FOR ENGLAND AND WALES.
