To educate the public and the Group members in all matters relating to bats, and to provide advice to the general public who may have bats in there homes. To promote the training of members for licensing as volunteer bat workers.

TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE THE STUDY, CONSERVATION AND PROTECTION OF BATS, THEIR ROOSTS, FEEDING AREAS AND HIBERNACULA IN SUSSEX. TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AND THE GROUP MEMBERS IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO BATS, AND TO PROVIDE ADVICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC WHO MAY HAVE BATS IN THEIR HOMES. TO PROMOTE THE TRAINING OF MEMBERS FOR LICENSING AS VOLUNTEER BAT WORKERS.
