1. ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, HEALTH, SOCIAL CARE, WELFARE, LEISURE AND RECREATION, SOCIAL COHESION AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON THE MALAYALEE COMMUNITY 2. THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES SUPPORT AND RESOURCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS AND EQUALITY OF LIFE OF PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES AS AFORESAID BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES UPON TERMS APPROPRIATE TO THEIR MEANS. 3. TO PROMOTE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF RELIEF OF POVERTY.
