1. THE ADVANCEMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 6 AND 18 BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAYING FOOTBALL; AND 2. THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES, IN PARTICULAR FOR PLAYING JUNIOR FOOTBALL, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
