FOR EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES, INCLUDING (1) THE CREATION AND PERPETUAL CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF A MEMORIAL GARDEN TO HONOUR THE MEMORY OF BRITISH AND COMMONWEALTH SUBJECTS WHO HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES IN TRAGIC CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE TERRORISTS ATTACK IN NEW YORK CITY ON SEPTEMBER 11, 2001, AND (2) PROVIDING HELP AND SUPPORT TO THE FAMILIES OF BRITISH AND COMMONWEALTH VICTIMS OF TERROR AND WAR.
