THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND AS IT ARISES AND MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION AT ANY TIME OR TIMES PAY OR APPLY THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL THEREOF IN ANY MANNER HEREINAFTER AUTHORISED AND AS TO PROPERTY OTHER THAN MONEY TO ALLOW THE SAME OR ANY PART THEREOF TO REMAIN IN ITS ACTUAL CONDITION OR STATE OF INVESTMENT FOR SO LONG AS THEY MAY THINK FIT OR AT ANY TIME OR TIMES IN THEIR DISCRETION TO SELL CALL IN OR CONVERT INTO MONEY THE SAME OR ANY PART THEREOF
