TO PRESERVE AND MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE CASTLE MOUND, NEW RADNOR (REGISTERED AT H. M. LAND REGISTRY UNDER TITLE NUMBER CYM) FOR THE BENEFIT AND ENJOYMENT OF THE COMMUNITY OF NEW RADNOR, POWYS AND FOR THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL AS A RECREATIONAL FACILITY AND A SITE OF NATIONAL HERITAGE.
