THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO SUFFER FROM PHYSICAL, VISUAL, SENSORY AND LEARNING IMPAIRMENTS, INCLUDING THOSE EXPERIENCING CHRONIC PAIN, THEIR FAMILIES AND PARTNERS, BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
