TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG STUDENTS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 17 AND 24, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE RESIDENT IN WARWICKSHIRE AND THE WEST MIDLANDS BUT EXCLUDING BIRMINGHAM, WHO EITHER HAVE COMPLETED OR ARE IN THE PROCESS OF COMPLETING, GCE EXAMINATIONS AND ARE SEEKING ENTRY TO UNIVERSITIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, OR WHO ARE ALREADY IN PLACE, BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS.
