A) TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND DISTRESS BY ASSISTING AND SUPPORTING REFUGEES, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE LIVING, WORKING OR STUDYING IN SOUTH LONDON WHO ARE OUTSIDE THEIR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN THROUGH FEAR OF PERSECUTION, WHETHER OR NOT THEY HAVE BEEN GRANTED ASYLUM.
