Charitable objects
TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING BENEFICIARIES AND IF MORE THAN ONE IN SUCH SHARES AND PROPORTIONS BETWEEN THEM AND GENERALLY IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT NAMELY:- (A) ANY QUALIFIED CHARITY, OR (B) ANY CHARITABLE ORGANISATION OR ORGANISATIONS OR ANY CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS SELECTED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES RELATED TO THE PROVISION OF RESIDENTIAL OR CARE SERVICES FOR MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY DISABLED CHILDREN AND ADULTS, OR (C) ANY LOCAL BOROUGH OR AUTHORITY IN ENGLAND OR WALES FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE PROVISION OF RESIDENTIAL OR CARE SERVICES FOR MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY DISABLED CHILDREN AND ADULTS WHERE THE PROVISION OF THESE SERVICES CANNOT BE MET BY THE FUNDS OF THE BOROUGH OR AUTHORITY, OR (D) ANY MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY DISABLED CHILD OR ADULT RESIDENT IN ENGLAND OR WALES FOR THEIR WELFARE, MAINTENANCE OR BENEFIT NOT OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR BY CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS, LOCAL AUTHORITY, STATE OR OTHER FUNDING BODIES.
